Rainy days and Mondays



Couldn't resist the Carpenters reference—sorry.

It's a good day to curl up with a book and snuggle with the furry children on the couch. I'm currently reading "Compulsion" by Jonathan Kellerman. I know, I know, it's not some ground-breaking piece of work, but it's good, suspenseful writing, and I happen to enjoy the Alex Delaware novels. Wow, I sound a bit defensive, don't I?



Hmmm, where's my fuzzy leopard print blanket? My toes are cold, and this is a good part that's coming up in Chapter 4....
